Jailbroken iPhone 3gs will not restore

I was trying to restore my 3gs to the factory setting but I got error code 3194. I look at post's about it and used tiny umbrella to get my shsh #'s. I have shsh 4.1, 4.2.1 and 4.2b3 but when I try and restore with tiny umbrella, running TSS Server I get error code 3002(in recovery mode and DFU mode).

Any help would be appreiated

Error 3002 is usually not a good sign. Did you download the shsh blob onto your computer ?

Then yes, I downloaded the shsh blob into the specified file

No I have not. will I be able to use my shsh #'s on someone elses iTunes?

You can downgrade with your shsh blobs, if you don't have the required shsh blobs, you will get error 3194 , not 3002. So error 3002 is not related to not having shsh blob, it is something else.

Error 3002 is also related to no SHSH Yeow.

Try doing the restore without tiny umbrella. Close tiny umbrella. Put the device in dfu, then shift restore in iTunes.

Yeah I had the 3194 until I got the SHSH from tiny umbrella. Maybe I'm not running it properly? Do I need to shift+restore for it work properly?
One more thing I noticed was the serial #, version and capcity of the iphone will not show in iTunes. Is that normal with this problem?

Ok, when I shift+restore is wants to open a file. What file am I looking for?

When you downgrade , you must put it into a normal DfU mode. Once dfu mode is done, your screen is Blank, itunes will pop up, then you do a shift + restore to stock 4.1 firmware.

Closing tiny umbrella will automatically set your hosts file pointing towards Cydia for shsh blob verification.

Ok when I have the phone is DFU mode the screen is black and iTunes recognizes the iPhone. I hit shift+restore and it opens a window looking for a file.

Still no luck with 4.1 ipsw, I got error code 3194.
Then I tried running the 4.1 ipsw with tinny umbrella running and got error code 3002 again.

What is your ecid if you dont mind me asking? PM it to me if you can and I can check your SHSH to see if there is an issue there.

I just tried saving your SHSH and only came up with 4.2.1 and 4.2b3 SHSH. That is why you cant restore to 4.1
