This is slightly off topic but related to using command lines and pnwage.

I want to create a executable file that sends a command line in terminal. i.e. type the name of the file and it sends a string of characters and enters. I have only been working with MAC's for about 6 months so I am not sure how to go about it. It should be pretty simple. I know I need to use CHMOD to make the file executible, but how do i format the file? In PC terms I could create a .bat file and it would be simple. I am just ensure of the syntax for this... say I wanted to make a file that sent this -


#root>cd ~/desktop/sample/

and then performed the enter function...

How could I accomplish this? Thanks!
