    Default re-jailbreak

ok heres my dilemma..... my phone jacked up. took forever to get the right solution but finally i managed to update from iOS4.0 to iOS 4.2(had to do this). i downgraded to iOS 4.1 rejailbroke using L1meRa1n, installed cydia. now my question is..before all this i backed up all my themes and apps previously purchased from cydia on my pc. What is my best method to reinstall everything, using iFunBox or similar program or thru cydia?? thanks in advance for replys. btw i hope this answer hasnt already been posted somewhere if so i apologize.

If you had used a program or app to backit up, then you should be using the program to restore your stuff. Itunes will not backup your cydia stuffs.

You can install again from Cydia, you don't have to pay.

I have a question and don't know where to put it honestly. My Cydia app won't open. It starts to load then goes to my home screen as if it has crashed. I don't know much about jailbreaking iPhones so I don't know how to get around to opening the files to my iPhone to make Cydia work again. I did download an update it said I needed and since then it's not worked at all. It acts like it's gonna open but it closes instead.

Have you tried a reboot ?

You can download the new version of Cydia (3366) and put it into Cydia\autoinstall and reboot your iphone.

Google search : New Cydia, it will be a deb file. You can use safari download manager or download onto computer, ssh into your iphone using winscp and put it in root\media\cydia\autoinstall and reboot.

If you rejailbreak after being jailbroken, you have already messed it up, you will need to restore and jailbreak again.
