iPhone 4 SHSH Blobs Question

I had an iPhone 4 on 4.1 which was jail broken, however the sleep/wake button broke so Apple were nice enough to give me a brand new iPhone 4. However this one's on 4.2.1, and I could do without a tethered jailbreak.
I have the SHSH blobs from my old iPhone, will the work to downgrade my new iPhone to 4.1?

No, it will not work, you can delete the old 4.1 blob. They are idevice specific.
