Hey Folks, I have a crashing Cydia, tried the July 18th method, no luck. this is what the cydia.log says:

dyld: F_ADDFILESIGS failed for /usr/lib/libapt-pkg.dylib.4.6.0 with errno=5
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libapt-pkg.dylib.4.6.0
Referenced from: //Applications/Cydia.app/Cydia_
Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:
/usr/lib/libapt-pkg.dylib.4.6.0: truncated mach-o error: segment __TEXT extends to 942080 which is past end of file 138752
/usr/lib/libapt-pkg.dylib.4.6.0: stat() failed with errno=0

any tips? I have a 3G 3.1.3

The best thing for you to do is to restore to 3.1.3 again and jailbreak with redsn0w 0.9.4 rather than trying to solve the puzzle.

Tks dude... since this is my girlfriedŽs phone I was wishing I could find a way to fix it without the JB whole process... I may screw the existing data etc.. something I really want to avoid... but IŽll consider that in case I cannot get an experts advice on this...

Once restored, you can do a setup as a backup restore, then all those synced stuffs will come back.
