Cant get into DFU mode anymore!

Oh also I cant really see how I can clean it much more than I have as with a pin all I can really do is scrap at the sides of the home button a bit.

The pin will be no good now, you will have to clean with the Q-Tip and alcohol, this will help it release as each time you do it a tiny bit will seep down,

But also try a new cable, as it seems strange that it happens on two devices

Ok so I took matters into my own hands and opened up my iphone, after breaking it panicking and then almost fixing it to find that I had broken it altogether. I then decided to try putting a bit of metal underneath the home button....

IT WORKED!!! I have one very happy jail broken 3G!
