Any Jailbreak or Unlock web site that asks for money is a SCAM.

Jailbreaking and unlocking has always been and will always be FREE.

they only have access to the same information that you can find on here.

They can offer money back because there is no time limit on what they provide, So when the 4.2.1 unlock comes out they will give you it, But you can get it anyway.
