Help jailbreak and unlock

Hello Everyone,

At this moment I have a Iphone 4 running version : 4.1(8b117) and firmware 02.10.04. I need and want to jailbreak my phone and unlock it for t mobile. Please I really need advise on what steps to take. Im willing to try anything right now. I was wondering if I can maybe try some of these custom bundles or something. I just want to use my iphone.

You can jailbreak with limera1n there is no unlock yet for that baseband tho so your stuck with the official carrier
