Stuck on connect to iTunes screen

Hi I'm wondering if someone can help me?

I just recently got an iPhone 4 which was running 4.2.1, then I decided to jailbreak it using RedSnow 0.9.6b4 so I could get new themes.

After jailbreaking the phone it worked fine, I rebooted it straight after just like in the tutorial on YouTube in order to get the Cydia icon to function.

I then attempted to install Winterboard and after several attempts it finished installing, then when I restarted the phone, it all of a sudden got stuck on this 'connect to itunes screen[ and I can't get rid of it or recover I always get error 9.

In Cydia I remember on one of the first screens I choose the developer option and on the top line SHSH it was 4.2.1.

I'm also running Windows 7? Someone save me!!!! Please

Try redsn0w 0.9.6b6 to jailbreak your iphone 4, it will be tethered jailbreak.
