limera1n still usable ?

I'm trying to download cydia after I jailbroke my iphone through limera1n and I get a lot of requests timed out.

I'm starting to think maybe saurik or geohot's servers aren't available anymore and I'm wasting my time.

any thoughts ?

The servers are working. What device and what firmware you have.

I have an iphone 4 4.1 bb 01.59.00

It got kinda messed up so I restored to 4.1 via tinyumbrella and I'm stuck trying to get cydia running

Restore to 4.1 again via TU , kick out error 1004 and try GreenPoison or Limera1n again. It should work.
