Help iphone 3g 3.1.3 Jailbreak

Hi can anybody tell me where im going wrong, ive downloaded spirit to jailbreak my sons iphone 3g 3.1.3 and its not working, is there any other jailbreak apps that will do it without having to download seperate os to my pc, ie there must be a direct jailbreak tool for the iphone 3g 3.1.3, any help please, oh im using windows 7 , hope somebody can help and give me a direct link please, many thanks from brian

Yes, you can jailbreak your 3g at 3.1.3 with redsn0w 0.9.4 but you point to stock 3.1.2 firmware when running redsn0w.
