So I bought my iPhone 3G from a guy and never did a factory reset and just jailbroke it. Now when I try to sync my iphone with itunes it says that I gotta erase it all and resync. Is there any way to get around this?
It would erase whatever apps and music that isnt in your iTunes from your phone. This is normal as the information on the device is not yours. There really isn't a way around it except that you'd have to log into his Apple account which I'm sure he isn't going to let you use. You will just have to download/buy the apps you like on your own account. Same with music, you'll just have to put your own library from iTunes in.
By default, itunes wont allow you to sync with more than one computer to prevent people from sharing apps and music with other people. What is it that you don't want to lose? Some apps or music. If its apps, you might want to just write down all the apps on the device and then load them all back on after. You will have to pay for some non-free ones to get them back. But its really not much of an option as you are likely going to need the ability to restore at some point
Restore will remove the jailbreak. The apps you will just have to redownload from the app store. If they are paid apps, buy them with your own account. We don't condone piracy here so this is the legit and legal thing to do. If you want to keep those apps, don't restore ever. But one day you will have to so be aware of that.
I'm not doing the restore, I'm doing the resync with new computer and I don't wanna do that and it un jailbreak my phone because I don't have the original sim to rejailbreak.

Syncing doesn't unjailbreak it. Restoring does. I'm saying one day when you have to restore, not necessarily soon, you will lose that info. You can rejailbreak fine without a SIM card as well. Btw, find me a thread that hasn't been closed or deleted regarding pirated material. Your statement of what you posted is all over this site is incorrect. That's what we do, we monitor it so it doesn't get around. Modmyi is called MODmyi not STEALmyi. We don't condone piracy. You can't respect that, I suggest you go elsewhere.
