Upgrading unlocked 3.0 to 3.1.3 without SHSH

I am running iOS 3.0 on unlocked jailbroken iPhone 3G. I don't have any SHSH saved. Can anyone tell me how do I upgrade to 3.1.3? A step by step guide will be really appreciated.

Also, will this upgrading process be risky in any sense?

Download 3.1.3 ipsw and shift + restore in itunes to 3.1.3 ipsw.

You dont need SHSH for iPhone 3G for firmwares under 4.0, just do what iYeow said. You shouldnt have any issues.
