iPhone 4 error 3194

Hey team, have iPhone 4, was jailbroken on 4.1, tried restoring to 4.1 using to fix an issue, altered my host file on windows 7 hardware, won't let me downgrade. I have blobs saved for 4.1, 4.2b, and 4.2.1. I had to update and restore to unbrick my phone. I'm using 64 bit windows 7, have iTunes 10.1 installed. What can I do to het back to 4.1? Also, ran TU, error saying host not writable. Thanks for the help.
