So I really want to upgrade my firmware to 4.2.1, but the problem is I have the iPad baseband. Can someone be so kind enough to send me a custom firmware.

Go check your PM box, remember to use redsn0w to put you into dfu mode and then restore to this file. Once restored, you will need to run redsn0w to jailbreak it.
