I just found a tutorial and download link for redsnow0.9.6b4 for windows to jailbreak 4.2.1 untethered. Has anyone done this? Is this ok to do?

I found one for a 0.9.7b1 redsnow and it looks solid. Too much work for my liking at the moment but it probably works. Worst case you have to restore your phone.

yes, it's ok to do, but now the new version redsn0w 0.9.7b1 is out, but seems its only for Mac OX now.

Cool if you find for windows could you post here i will keep a lookout too. If i jailbreak 4.2.1 with redsn0w and there are bugs, do i need to restore and rejailbreak to fix them or can the bugs be sorted through upadates?
