Options + restore custom firmware?? Stuck at this step

Attempting to jailbreak my iphone 3gs with Pwnage tool 4.3 (newest version) and im stuck after putting iphone in DFU mode and opening itunes. where do i click to get to options+restore to custom firmware on itunes?

I see checkupdates and restore. I dont want to click on restore because it tells me it will update my current firmware 4.0.2 to the latest update. Any help here??
