There is no cfw for iphone 4, if you jailbreak it with redsn0w 0.9.6b6, then use tether boot from redsn0w again.

Can't cook you a 4.2.1 i4 IPSW--I don't have a working bundle for it and I can't make a stable one.

I can get you a 4.1 one, or you can just restore to a stock 4.2.1 using TinyUmbrella's TSS server to preserve baseband. Unless you need hacktivation too, in which case I got nothing.
