This is what we do, we monitor activities here and will not tolerate any kind of piracy or stealing. In most cases we give out infractions, in severe cases , we will not hesitate to ban anyone from violating our Rules and Regulations.

No, I mentioned a repo. A repo that has lots of tools... not just one. Tools that we can use and learn from. To suggest I'm a thief and lock my thread because I mentioned a repo is not cool. It was a copy/paste from another post and really had nothing to do with the subject.
I hope mentioning a gun doesn't make me a murderer.

We don't allow such repo names that host pirated material to be posted or further discussed. That's why it was closed. It's not about insinuating you're a thief, it's forum rules. We can't prevent piracy, but we can prevent support and condoning it and that's what we are doing. If you can't follow that rule, we are not out of line for closing a thread that we find unsuitable for MMi.

No it doesn't but the mention of those repos are not allowed because 99% of what is on it is piracy. Some people post on here because they don't know that repo is a piracy repo and is not allowed on MMi.

We are a very helpful forum just not with that item. Some people ask for it because a friend told them to add it. We just try to let them know that it is a piracy repo and we don't allow it.

Exactly. One of my friends one told me to add a certain repo once. I asked him for what and he told me. I rejected and made him delete it. Now he pays for everything. Some people just don't know better. That is why it is important to enforce rules.
