iphone 3G with 4.2.1. Jailbreak help

Hello. I've done this many times in the past, however for whatever reason I'm having issues.
currently - iphone 3G 8GB with 4.2.1. fresh restore. (no SHSHs)
- macbook osx.

what I want:
* either 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.1 firmware (or if you can do the rest listed below, 4.2.1 is fine)
* jailbroken with Cydia
* POOF working
* MakeitMine or Fake Operator working
* ********** repo
* untethered JB that wont show white icons
* this has no SIM, and I don't want to be bothered with activation (this will be an "ipod touch")
* demonstrate these things still working after a full reboot.

If you can help me do this, $30 paypal, I need it done soon - for Christmas.
Steps + links to downloads, but they must work.
