iPhone & iPad jailbreak upgrade question

I have:

iPhone 4G - Running iOS 4.0.2

iPad 16GB Wifi - Running iOS 3.2.2

Both are jailbroken and both have been tinyumbrella backed up. In Cydia they both are showing "This device has a pending TSS request"

I want to bring both of these to iOS 4.1 not 4.2 is there anyway I can do this, and if so what is the safe and best way to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, but that means you cannot downgrade. Dont worry though as a untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1 should be released very soon.
