Stuck in recovery mode

So I was messing around with limera1n, albeit my phone is already jb and unlocked. At any rate without backing up my data, my phone is now stuck in connect to itunes mode. How can I get my phone back to normal without losing everything via restoring my phone with itunes ?

Use exit recovery from Tiny umbrella to kick out. If it doesn't kick it out, then you can restore to 3.1.2 again
Run itunes, shift + restore to 3.1.2 firmware
Once restored , you can setup as a backup restore since you are restoring to the same firmware.
You can only retrieve your data when you last synced your iphone.
