Help 3gs stuck with spinning wheel on 4.2.1 even after restore with custom firmware

i have 3gs on 4.2.1 stuck on spinning wheel after reboot with redsn0w. tried restoring to custom 4.2.1 but still come up with spinning wheel after restore please help im using mac snow leapord 10.6.5 i used reds0w to jailbreak and update baseband and unlock with ultreasn0w work fine then i turn off and now always spinnin wheel after restore or after jailbreak will go thru both whole restore but when time to activate it does the first part but then afterwards wont go to activation screen just sit on apple and then began spinning but funny part is that while wheel is spinning itunes sees the phone as on and wants to either restore with back up or set up as new phone and i pushed new phone just to see what would happen and it when on to normal screen acting like the phone is on and working but its not please help im always burned out. any help is appreciated

Restore to stock 4.1 fw with your saved 4.1 shsh blob. If you don't have it, then you can't restore to any stock firmware with your iPad baseband. Why did you do all 3 3GS the same way. You should just try one at a time

If you don't have those SHSHs, the best thing to do is to try another custom firmware and (if necessary) another computer. Hopefully you've got at least the 4.1 SHSHs...

I tried your method iyeow and just kept trying it and got one to come on just using redsn0w 9.6b6 to just boot tehtered and it just popped on after about min and half or so. Then got another one restored using the 4,1 blobs you said to try and it restored but as usual when it was done just sat on apple spinning with itunes thinking its on waiting to be activated so i stuck a sim in it anyway and activated it while still spinning logo lol seriously then i decided to just go ahead and jailbreak it and see what would happen with redns0w 9.6.b6 and after jailbreak it popped on so i fixed two of them still have my buddies 3gs 8g after this, it just gave me error 29 same error the last one gave me before it restored to 4,1 lasttime. So i dont know what im doin wrong but hopefully i can get this last one back and im done, thanks again for the help iyeow and iannie i appreciate it so much i was about to jump out the window been up all day and night now just got figure this last one out.
