Cydia down?

This morning I finished restoring my iPhone4 for about the 100th time and for the last 5 hours Cydia home page is will not load. http://apt.saurik.com also appears to be dead. Anyone else having the issue of the homepage of cydia saying "Request timed out etc..." ?
