How do I install OS 4.0.1 on a brand new, unused iPhone 4?

Hi everyone,

I have a brand new, completely unused iPhone 4. I want to be able to jailbreak it using JailbreakMe.com, which means I need it to have it in OS 4.0.1.

I know that 4.0.1 is not the most recent OS, so how would I go about installing this old OS instead of one of the new ones?

And in everything I've read, it says you'll need those 4.0.1 SHSH Blobs to jailbreak in the future, correct? Is it going to be tough for me to ever jailbreak this iPhone 4 since I just got it?
