help jailbreaking 3gs

okay so i had a 3gs that was still running 4.0.1 and was jailbroken and everything was lovely and so forth. but then the vibrate switch started not working and the audio and to make a long story short I had to go to the apple store, and they just swapped it out and gave me a new phone. So now I have a 3GS thats on 4.1 and baseband 05.14.02 . according to a serial looking "Your device was built in week 47 of that year (November)" so I am assuming I have the new bootrom. I was just hoping someone could help me to jailbreak this. I had bought a lot of great cydia apps, and jailbreaking it on 4.0 was so easy for me through the jailbreakme exploit. anyway, any advice would be helpful.
