Default Cydia repo that include aptitude and wget

I hope I'm posting this in the right part of the forum, if not, please let me know.

Cydia has never worked well on my phone. So, I tried to reinstall it, but I found out that I'm unable to without certaom commands (in mobile terminal or via ssh) such as apt-get & wget. I tried to find these commands, but they don't seem to be available.

    I got the following repos:

    iphone.hackndev.org/apt
    apt.modmyi.com
repo.smxy.org/cydia/apt (not existing, but unable to remove)
    ispaniorepository.com (same here)
    repo666.ultrasn0w.com
    apt.saurik.com
    cydia.zodttd.com/repo/cydia

    I have added:
    cydia.iclarified.com
    cydia.myrepospace.com/Lintong
    apt.saurik.com/cydia
    repo.neonkoala.co.uk
    cydia.ifoneguide.nl

Any help (either installing aptitude & wget somehow, or reinstalling cydia) are very welcome!

Update: Just downloaded the latest cydia for iphone 2g (actually an adjusted version) at http://www.*****************/showthread.php?t=51757. And was able to install it with dpkg. However, I still got troubles with the repo's. Several don't work (and can't be removed) and I seem to be missing very essential packages (such as apt and wget
