Stuck on Apple Logo on reboot - 3GS v3.1.2 Jailbroken

I have a Jailbroken 3GS w 3.1.2 on it. I just upgraded my Rock app and it said to reboot. Now it's stuck on the apple logo. I have tried numerous times to reboot, it turns off, then back on, but never gets past the apple logo.

I've tried to do what it says here:

in the section about continuous reboot, but I can't even get a ping response.

What should I do now?

You need a restore again. What jailbreak did you use to jailbreak your 3.1.2.
