4.1 or 4.2.1 and custom bundles

Hey guys i'm currently running on a jailbroken iphone4 on 4.1. I was wondering if i should update and jailbreak to 4.2.1, usually i would have done it immediately, it's just i heard that it will be tethered. What do you guys think i should do? I'm a heavy tweaker, i have plenty of tweaks and themes and apps on my phone, would 4.2.1 still be capable with cydia?

And one last thing, what is the custom bundle feature in redsnow?
and how do i use it?

If you like doing a lot of tweaking then you may want to hold off until there is a untethered jailbreak. Isnt much new in 4.2.1 anyway.
