Update your itunes to the latest, open up tiny umbrella if you have it on your desktop. Go to Advanced and unchecked the box : set hosts file to Cydia upon exit, save it and close it.
Now restore to 4.2.1 again.
And do not use update , use restore.

Oh, I see "Recovery Devices: 1932917004"
Isn't that strange?
I unchecked the box you told me, and in iTunes I don't have the option update anyway.. I just press recover..
and now I get an error that iTunes can't connect with the iphone-software-updateserver..
(No server problems if I use a working iPhone)
I've tried to shift+recover restore 4.2.1 and that one doesn't finish also.

Reason: Because I can edit..
What do you mean doesn't finished. If it stall on the progress bar and no giving any error. Check if you have wifi sync installed on your pc, uninstall it will resolve this issue.
