Cannot install apps after upgrade? Help

I just updated my Jailbroke/unlocked iPhone 3GS from 3.1.2 to 4.1 using pwnage tools on my Mac. I ran tiny umbrella, I saved shsh.
I then downloaded Pwnage tool and downloaded 4.1 firmware
followed instructions on pwnage tool sucessfully put my iphone into DFU mode, opened up itunes, pressed Shift key, held it and press restore, a box opened up and I select the 4.1 firmware I built. did a synch, after the synch I keep getting this: Some of the apps in your iTunes library wewe not installed on the iPhone because one or more errors occured.
There were a total of 52 errors all with this code 0xe8008001.
all 52 are JB apps which I had on my iphone prior to the upgrade.


My problem is I cannot get most of my apps to load now, how can I tell if it is still JB?, On Cydia on the top it shows in light green SHSH: iOS 3.1., 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.1. Do I need to restore with Tiny umbrella? I found this, just want to be sure prior to doing anything

OK after a little more research I went to cydia and ********* and everything is working had a little scare my phone would not recognize my phone/sim card so I reinstalled Ultrasnow and all seams to be working.

You cannot install jailbreak apps with itunes. Those are cracked apps which are not allowed on MMi.

Talk about cracked apps/warez/piracy is not allowed on ModMyi.
