iPhone 3G 4.1 Jailbreak

I've been searching the Internet for days looking for a way, I'm quite a noob at it, and I don't want to lose any of my data that I currently have on my phone. I'm looking for the simplest and easiest jailbreak to do, so if I could get some help that'd be awesome.

I tried searching, and I either didn't search right, or there isn't any topic on this, so I thought I'd make one.

Redsn0w is probably your best bet. I've done alot of phones and for some reason the 3G doesn't like limera1n or poison. Idk why just my experiences shows redsn0w to be the best option. Just google redsn0w 4.1.
