upgrade to os 4.2

i am iphone 3GS os 4.1 firmware 5.14.02. I have limera1n, cydia and **********.

Can i upgrade to 4.2 and still have my phone jail break?

Do not upgrade to 4.2.1, tons of issues. If you need unlock , just update to ipad baseband with redsn0w.

If you do not need unlock, don't do the ipad baseband.
