You can sync your contacts through iTunes to your Windows address book. Go to the Info tab in your iTunes and select "Sync Contacts" and in the drop down list, choose "Windows address book" (that's Vista for me, if XP or 7 it might be a little different, but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out the variations) and when you click sync, it will ask you if you want to merge or replace. Choose merge to get your phone contacts into the address book. Once that's done, after you restore, you should be set to just hit sync contacts and as long as it is set in Windows address book, it will put your contacts right back into your phone.
