iPhone 4G 4.2.1 Jailbreak Help
I recently purchased an iPhone 4 which came preloaded with 4.2.1. Now I know I can jailbreak, but it's tethered, and I can't be bothered to connect and reapply the jailbreak all the time.
Now I read somewhere that I can downgrade my 4.2.1 to a lower firmware and jailbreak fully, thus stopping me from reapplying the jailbreak all the time. Although it says I must need SSHH blobs or something in order to downgrade.
Apparently my phone must be already jailbroken in order to save SSHH blobs. Can I apply the tether jailbreak on my 4.2.1, save the blobs then dowgrade? Or if not, is it possible without tether jailbreaking?

As of right now, you can go ahead and save your 4.2.1 SHSHs for future use, but considering you probably didn't save them before this past Sunday, or somewhere along that timeline, you can't get the 4.1 SHSHs anymore. You're stuck with a tethered jb for now.
