Can't use my shsh

Ok guys am on iPhone 4 4.2 I'm trying to downgrade using my saved shsh I have changed the host file but still no joy tiny umbrella also saying no TSS what can I do I am using another laptop as my other one is broken that's only thing I can think of I would have used redsnow and be stuck on 4.2 jb but even that's not working any help guys

Even if you can downgrade, you are not going to get it unlock.
