iPhone 3G problem after JB+unlock

so i jailbroke and unlocked to ipad BB, 4.2 and all that
so after jailbreaking, the screen glitches when i click the home button also everything seems laggy.

2nd. I unlocked using cydia after done i put sim card in, and the phone is searching for a signal, and it freezes and restarts constantly

any advice?

Alright , i am going to give you a CFW of 4.2.1 for you to restore.
You use Redsn0w to put you into DFU mode and shift + restore to this file.
Once restored, you can install Ultrasn0w to unlock.

and now im trying to restore n JB again
i did shift+restore and i got "could not restore iPhone error 1012"
help anyone

Try kicking out of recovery with tinyumbrella and then jb as normal

Hm. My buddy and I just went thru that. She kept restoring till it stopped going into recovery. Try that, if not, try running redsn0w right over it. If you restored to the custom fw, using redsn0w just don't select Cydia or bb update, just select already pwned. Then let redsn0w run. It kicked my iPod touch out if recovery when it was stuck even after 3 restores to a stock fw.

this is really starting to piss me off
heres all the info i have

i updated to 4.2
i then shift enter restored with the ipsw from iclarified.com tutorial
i jailbroke with redsn0w/installed ipad baseband
screen glithes when doing things on the phone
unlocked from cydia, put sim card in and it kept searching for carrier and it would freeze and reboot by itself
so i tried to restore and got 1015 error

If tinyumbrella won't kick it out of recovery after error 1015, there's a thread here somewhere that has some fixes for it. I can't remember what it's called, I just saw it. x98car wrote it, something about how to fix error 1015 or something
