To those asking for a copy of my custom firmwares....
On a few threads people have been asking for places to get custom firmwares, for the iPad unlock. I've offered them as I made some using Pwnage Tool. I posted that first the people wanting them need to find a place for me to upload it to, then they can download it (for obvious reasons I'm not going to put these on my own servers). Those wanting the firmwares need to find upload sites and then send me links to these sites, whereupon I will upload.
So far, loads have PM'd me asking me to email them the firmwares, NO ONE has bothered their arses finding a site to host them.
Now, it makes no difference to me if people wanting these custom files get them, I'm only offering them to help out those who are unable to make their own (personally I wonder if you should be JBing your phone if you can't make your own FW, but that's another matter). All I'm asking is that those wanting these files do the leg work in finding a suitable hosting site. I don't think this is unreasonable.
If anyone who has PM's asking me to email them the file, I can't, it's much to big. Go find a hosting site and I'll upload them to it and then send you as link. If you can't be bother to do that, then go without.
Sorry if this post is against a forum rule, I'm just trying to help folk out.

I have now been sent a link and another user has kindly offered to host the files on his server. So I'm uploading them now to Humyo and then they other user will grab them and also host, so there will be several sources.
I am aware on the "no links" thing and won't be posting them.
I'll try to setup some sort of autoreply on PM's with the links to anyone sending me a PM with the subject "Firmware". Is that even possible?

Is a link to an index of firmwares, or a splash page acceptable?

I uploaded custom 4.1 firmware to Humyo but Feldon above informed me you have to sign up to get it. D'oh! So tonight I'll upload to his server then he can get the link out to those who need it.
