Help Me- No Service After update Ultrasnow 1.2
Hi ,
My iphone 3gs 4.1 showing "no Service" after update from 5.14 to 6.15 BB. After installed the 6.15 BB by using Redsnow, it successfully updated to 6.15 and then go to cydia installed the ultrasn0w 1.2 and asked for reboot. Once rebooted, i inserted my orginal SIM and still showing "No Service". Could you please help me to get out of this issue.

Try taking the sim out and put it back and do a reboot of your iphone.

Might try toggling Airplane mode too. Sim card should be in phone when installing ultrasn0w also.

I tried many times by taking SIM and rebbot. Still the same issue. Please help me. Iam crying now long wait for unlock,but not able to use.

Perhaps try un-installing it, and install again.

Done 2 times, by un-install ultrasnow , still the same issue. Now iam worry abt this BB.. looks like it is work around and not a unlock solution from Dev Team. Can anyboody have the same issue.

As sure way to cure it hopefully, would be to restore it, then try the entire process over. Something got corrupted it seems.

since the 6.15 BB is not able to downgrade. Even If i again restore to 4.1 from Itunes and follow the redsnow process to update ipad BB will helps to solve thi issue.

You can restore to stock 4.1, error 1015 pops up, use exit recovery from Tiny Umbrella.
Then jailbreak it with Redsn0w.
Unlock again with ultrasn0w. Your BB won't change at 6.15.
Try it out.

Same problem for me, I've restored via stock 4.1 and everything. Nothing changes.
Although, on my way to school today, I DID have service. at school, it just went back to searching.
On my way home, no service, and at home, I had 1 bar of service for 10 seconds and then it went back to searching.

Did anyone get a fix for this. I have the same problem on a 3G on 5.14.02 I unlocked with Ultrasnow.
When I take the SIM out and put it back, I have one bar just for a few seconds then it goes to "Searching".If I say something that helps you, please click the THANKS button on my post!
