Default iPhone 2G Jailbreaking no longer supported?

After perusing Redmondpie I couldn't help but notice the iPhone 2G isn't really included anymore.

    Source: Jailbreak 4.2.1 iOS iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G, iPod touch 4G, 3G with Redsn0w | Redmond Pie

(Yeah, yeah, I'm still toting around my dinosaur phone )

Just need some confirmation that the 2G JB scene is dead so I can convince my tight-wad wife I need a new phone because AT&T is the devil.
