iphone 4 keep gettin into boot loops diffrent apps\jb

hi...
first of all im new here so sorry if i posted in the wrong forum .
i understand that some people had my problem but ussually never with so many apps (most of them by a "mobilesubstrate" update)
my problem is bigger than that...

i got an iphone 4, untill yesterday it was on fw 4.0 and jailbroken with "jailbreakeme.com".
yesterday i updated "mobilesubstrate", cydia gave the "reboot"
pressed it.. got an apple logo then the "let me think if im willin to boot" circle... then dark screen and back again.

upgraded to 4.1, jb with greenpis0n (with tinyumb)
added sbsettings and got the latest "mobilesubstrate" with it, so far so good, added quickdo, reboot, same boot loop,
restored (4.1, greenpoisen again), added both sbsetting and
quickdo, both worked great, started addin a bunch of apps from cydia, (no app store apps) nothin seemed wrong so i was thinkin that ill better reboot myself with "sbsettings" to let the iphone rest from all the apps i added...
guess who came to visit...
my good friend... sir bootloop mcgee...

kinda confused...
dont mind going with a 5th restore today...
but any1 got an idea on how to prevent it next time?
