I thought that it would install boot logo and it would boot your phone up again.

Even if you were able to do that it isnt your boot logo that is causing the phone to not boot.

Bump, just wanted to say that what ACTUALLY happened was something I realized after taking your (x98car) advice and trying it on another computer. I realized that the IPSW was the wrong one for my phone. Upon fixing that I was able to do a tethered jailbreak no problem. Thanks for your help.
