Need Help Re Jailbreaking!

I have the OLDEST iPhone ever (2g) it is still on Firmware 3.0 and unlocked with Tmobile. still works great! But now all of a sudden my Cydia freezes when it is on the loading screen. How can I re Jailbreak it and which version of the Jailbreak should i do? Also how please!

Before i go ahead and try this, My firmware is 04.05.04 and ver exactly 3.0. Can i still use that guide since it says 3.1.3 and i am on 3? And will i lose any information by jail breaking it? such as Contacts or photos?

Sync your iphone first, you can sync it back once you have setup as a new iphone. Check only the box : install Cyda , unlock. You will need BL 3.9 and BL 4.6 and 3.1.2 ipsw as well. It is all in this guide.
