JailbreakMe is down. So what now?

I recently downgraded my iPod Touch 2G (MC model) to iOS 4.0.0, but I just found out that jailbreakme.com no longer works; the site is offline. (Try it) Anyways, I'm wondering what I should do now.

Does anybody have a mirror of JailbreakMe? If not, what should I use instead? redsn0w can only do a tethered jailbreak for my model of iPod Touch, so that's no good, and sn0wbreeze says that my iOS 4.0.0 ipsw isn't valid. Also, I don't really want to upgrade to iOS 4.1 and use greenpois0n because the steaks4uce exploit of greenpois0n makes my iPod randomly reboot.

Have you tried using redsn0w 0.9.6b2 or higher on 4.1?
