Is Apple still Signing iOS 4.1?

I get Tomorrow my iPhone 4 from Craiglist with iOS 4.2, and want a downgrade to iOS 4.1
Is apple signing 4.1?

I normally see some chatter on twitter from notcom/semaphore and others when apple stops signing a firmware. Havent seen any of that yet.

I get my iPhone, and Restore it to iOS 4.1
So apple still signing iOS 4.1.

I just tried it on a 3G that is on 4.2.1 and it when through the verification fine. So it looks like Apple is still signing 4.1 as of now. Gonna test it on a iPad now.

Edit: Still worked on a iPad too. My hosts are not pointed to cydia and I am not using tiny umbrella. As of right now Apple is still signing 4.1 and 3.2.2
