Haven't really messed with cydia for a while, but I hear there is some sort of backup application that allows you to dl all your cydia apps right away if you re jb or something? Can someone give me a name of the app and how it kinda works? thanks.

and sync it with itunes first before you do a restore, otherwise you will be soooooo sad
