If it just says that then 4.1 may be the only SHSH you can save. Just to be sure do what I said earlier with tiny umbrella to check.

Tiny Umbrella is the only way to save SHSH blobs locally.

Open up Cydia , you will be able to see your shsh blogs which you don't need it now. The reason why you only have 4.1 shsh blogs is because you did your jailbreak at the time apple is signing 4.1 , you won't be able to reflash your 4.0 baseband anymore.
Hopefully , in the near future , there will be an unlock for 4.1 baseband, then you will be on the road to victory.

Phones working and unlocked now. But when I'm having that person call me..even though I have there name and number saved its showing up as a blocked call I'm not sure why. They did not install anything on there.

The caller may have his caller ID blocked.
