That method works MOST of the time but not always. Some repos will keep popping up in that file after a reboot or respring. This is the problem that SepticTank is having despite constantly removing it from there.
Thanx ,though, for the info. It helps out for any newcomers to this thread!

I am sure they will add a thanks button to the app at some point.

Yes Cyfix just says it's deleting the ispazio repo but as soon as I change something (like removing a package) it pops right back up.
That's why now I'm thinking of un jailbreaking.
Start over fresh. Funny too, the ispazio repo is available in cydia but it's also bunk.
Thanks for all the replies!!!

For it to be removed completely, I did a grep xxxxx /xxx/xxx to find all references. Then removed by editing each file. Took a while to find all references, and some would reappear until I completely cleaned house

Cyfix GUI doesn't work. Doing it through mobileterminal will.
Cyfix Secretss' Temporary Blog
Follow that, download cyfix, drop int usr/bin, change permission to 775, and login root in mobileterminal. Then run the script. The link shows how to use it. Enter "cyfix bad URL here" without quotes. Then it should remove it.
Edit: if you have iFile, permissions for 775 is read,write, execute for the first two then read,write for the last. If you're SSHing, right-click cyfix and change permission to 775.Last edited by i.Annie; 11-22-2010 at 09:55 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

@puma.leaf & all others,
That's the one I was referring to. Sorry...I didn't realize there were different versions out there.
The one I used was run in Terminal with great results.
Thanx for clearing that up puma.leaf! U rock!

That is how I've been using it. There is no GUI, it's operations are straight thru terminal. It worked for the loading screen perfect but not when it came to downloading or removing an app/program.
Ok, I think I may have gotten it now. This time I loaded cydia and waited till the error popped up. Then I kept it open and went back to terminal. So far so good.
