3g adding video recording feature

iv noticed on some 3g iphones if you add cycorder from cydia you can record video, but its a 50/50 chance this wont crash when u open it
so does anyone have a 100 % way to add video recording to any
3g ?

There are quite a few apps in the app store that let you record video on a 3g now.
