Use Snowbreeze which has just been released to upgrade your phone it will preserve baseband so you can still unlock after the restore.

You'll get no help with installing pirated apps though.

as far as updating to 4.1, ur best bet is if ur on a mac, use pwnage tool to create a custom firmware without updating the baseband and enjoy

anyway , how to upgrade my phone from snowbreeze , i didt find it on online , maybe some guiding?
maybe i think jailbreaking is legal?

sry, i was installing some free apps from (insta-llous) because appstore installed apps will not be able to be deleted... and sorry this is the last post for piracies..

may i ask if the process is belowed:
1.remove my unofficial sim
2.upgrade to 4.1 using Itunes
3.open snowbreeze and jailbreak and activate
4.and create a custom ispw
5.restore to the custom ispw , is the process right?
